Keep in mind that there are multiple ways to plant a seed in your readers mind. This one doesnt even say that the candidate worked remotely, yet you still get the sense that she did or couldArt Director with five years of experience managing a remote team of graphic designers to develop print and web-based brochures as well as other collateral for several large car manufacturers.Why this works This one shows even more subtlety, though it still manages to reveal a skill illustrative of the successful flex-worker The ability to manage a remote workforce.Administrative Assistant with 15 years of experience providing clerical and office management stab und sttze to executives and senior staff in a highly sensitive legal environment (work performed remotely 100 percent of the time).Why this works Oh, how I like this one We mentioned that the candidate worked remotely but also that it was a legal environment, the implication being that he was in fact part of the physical environment as well.Reporter with technology focus and five years of experience producing print and multimedia content for international media- including the New York Times, CNNi.com, Associated Press, and China Daily.Why this works The stable of media outlets this individual worked for gently suggests that she performed remotely and/or traveled extensively, which some, but not all, remote workers do.Remember Its always best to grab the attention of a potential employer straight off.
